The advatages of FRANKE-Filter filtration elements are their optimum operation not only at our oil mist separators but also good efficiency achieved at systems of other manufacturers.

The core of the elements is the inorganic material which provides resistence to all lubricants and oils. This ensures their long lifetime. Furthermore, elements have a special kind of surface, so that oil drops, originating from sucked oil mist (coalescence-effect) are discharged with constant rate. As a result filter elements become saturated with oil which in turn maximizes separation efficiency (less than 20mg⁄m³). Previous experience shows that filter elements require replacement only after 15.000 up to 30.000 operating hours. Longer maintenance-free intervals are by all means possible.
