With the separation efficiency of 99,997% the purified air creates clean atmosphere at workplace:

• no health hazard through inhaling dangerous substances
• walls, floor and machine remain clean
• no heat loss
• clean atmosphere at workplace
• suction directly at emergence

The oil and emulsion mist is captured directly at emergence. After flowing through the pre-filter and two main filters the air is sucked by the submicron particulate airfilter of high quility which has the average separation efficiency of 99,997% (measured at fume particles of 0,3 micron according to DOP testing method).
The purified air is released through the top side of the filter. The suction efficiency can be adjusted with the help of the throttle valve which is easy to operate. For the suction of hazardous gases or solvent fumes we deliver an activated carbon stage as accessory.

Technical Description:

• filter class EU 1 or metal fabrics for the separation of crude particles
• two filter mats class EU 4 and EU 5, DIN 24185
  overall separation efficiency >98%
  temperature stability up to 120° C,
  self-extinguishing
• the filter mats are placed in separate metal frames in a zigzag form (fine filter)
• submicron particulate airfilter class S, DIN 24184
  average separation efficiency- 99,997% according to DOP-Test,
  measured at fume particles of 0,3mm
• acessories: integrated activated carbon-filter stage for the absorbtion of hazardous gases and smells.
